Payment: All services must be paid for in advance. We accept local payment methods (Mobile Banking, Bank Transfer).
Renewals: It is the client's responsibility to renew services before the expiration date. HMEA WORLD is not responsible for data loss or domain loss due to failure to renew on time.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to change our service prices at any time.
Hosting: We offer a limited refund policy for web hosting services within the first 7 days if a technical issue cannot be resolved.
Non-Refundable: Domain registrations, SMS credits, Web Design fees, and Flexiload balances are non-refundable once processed.
While we may perform routine backups for our own server restoration purposes, you are solely responsible for backing up your own data. HMEA WORLD accepts no liability for any loss of data, including website files, emails, or databases.
In no event shall HMEA WORLD or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use our services.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
